Fine-textured, golden yellow flowers and long, rich green leaves, Golden Alexander is perfect for corners and edges. Its nectar attracts bumblebees, butterflies, and other insects while Black Swallowtail caterpillars feed on the leaves. It's height is 12-36 inches tall.
Although it prefers moist to wet soil, Golden Alexander is known for its tolerance of dry summers. Best planted in sun to partial shade, it is a great candidate for marshy spots. A very adaptable and useful plant.
